Divas takes your privacy seriously. We will never sell, rent, trade or share your name to any other company or organization. We utilize safe, secure technology to protect your personally identifiable information.
2. CREDIT CARD SECURE
All payment and personal information is encrypted with the strongest SSL encryption available to site visitors. Ordering at Divas Do It With Style , is easy using PayPal's secure payment gateway. To ensure you s smooth, secure and safe payment flow for your purchases.

3. ORDERING
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and usually ship within 24hrs of processing. (orders received on Sunday, will be processed on Monday) Orders received by 12:00 noon CST will normally be processed the same day. Orders that come in after 12 pm will be processed the following business day.
We will notify you by email or telephone if we have to backorder any of your items or if we have to make a partial shipment. We proudly accept all major credit cards through PayPal.
4. SHIPPING RATES
Divas ships free within the continential U.S. only. All shipments ship by GROUND Shipping, with only the following exceptions: Residents of Alaska and Hawaii pay special charges for air freight shipping charges.
APO Addresses:
We do not ship to APO or P.O. Box addresses at this time.
ALASKA & HAWAII:
We require a street address to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We can only ship by air to both states and you pay only $15.95 for any order, please contact us before placing your order.
5. RETURNS INTIMATE APPAREL & COSTUMES
Returns are accepted on damaged costumes only. We will replace any damaged items upon receipt with like-kind item. Please call within 24hrs of receipt for (EMA) Exchange Merchandise Authorization number.
Intimate apparel is NOT RETURNABLE, except under the following conditions:
•Sizing issues, returned for like item only.
•Manufacturers defects, returned for like item only.
•Shipment arrives damaged, returned for like item only.
•Customer MUST Request a EMA number within 24hrs from the date the package was delivered.
•Items accepted for exchange due to sizing issues, will incurr an addition fee.
Costumes may be exchanged for shipping damages or for sizing issues with EMA number only.
Customer MUST provide proof of reported shipping damages.
Costumes returned for sizing issues with receive like kind item only.
We WILL NOT accept returns on items that are soiled, worn, DAMAGED after being worn, laundered or dry cleaned, or on sale items - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping charges for returns will be at the customer's expense unless the item received was a shipping error/sizing error on our part. Customers must inform Divas of any order discrepancy within 24hrs from the receiving date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Naughty Divas does not offer "CASH REFUNDS. A Store Credit will be issued upon approval.Customer must pay the freight returning it to us. Please do not ever return anything unless you have PRIOR authorization from us. Items returned without EMA Authorization will not be returned.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions included with any purchase order. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

9. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Naughty Divas shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.Naughty Divas shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DDIWS.COM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
